Job Description :

- Oversees all technical aspects and technological resources of an organisation for the purpose of organisational growth.

- Establishes a technological vision for an organisation and leads the company's technological development.

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources.

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely. Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Represent the technological agenda to the management

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity

- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Skills and Education Required :

- BCA/BSc. Computer Science

- MBA preferred

- 5+ years' as Tech Lead or similar leadership role

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Proven track record of success in leadership positions

- Familiarity with marketing platforms, programs and policies

- Exceptional project management and organization skills

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Proactive problem solver
