Vodafone Idea - Senior Engineer/AM - Service Management - Service Monitoring & Ticketing Tools (7-13 yrs)
- Ensuring 24- 7 availability of Service monitoring & ticketing tools.
- Service impact alert availability at Service layer.
- Ensuring Process adherence for network service excellence (SQM/SD/IN/VAS-Process documentation & getting implemented/Knowledge/ Process improvement as part of Continual Service Improvement)
- To work with Service Availability Managers contributing to service recovery & repair for the service(s).
- Accountability for aggregate performance against service availability and SLA.
Core competencies :
- Maintain a good knowledge of current practice and awareness of current developments within own area(s) of expertise. Demonstrates awareness of areas outside own specialism, as appropriate. Draw on knowledge and experience to enhance the service proposition.
- 7+ years of Telecom experience with expertise in overall network understanding & ITIL based operations model
- Capability to lesion with third party application and service provider.
Education: - B.E./B.Tech/MCA
