Vodafone Idea - Senior Engineer/AM - Service Management Operations (7-8 yrs)
KRA :
- Maintaining customer experience.
- Ensuring minimum DT for IN.
- Ensure smooth handling of FCAP for IN Platforms.
- Ensure at most focus on implementation and operationalization of HP tools which will enhance operations and thereby improve customer experience.
- SPOC for all major rollouts/upgrades/ expansions.
- IN participation and support for all external transformation projects like UPSS, ETOPUP, RECC and other platforms.
- Timely closure of all expansions ensuring all required integrations.
- Governance meetings with vendors OEM for project as well as operations improvement.
- HW and SW transformations for all EOS/EOL systems across all circles.
- Build the best and most efficient team by Enhancing Employee Engagement, Cross domain/vendor Skill development, Health, Safety and Well-being programs, Strengthening Talent Pipe, Teams- Goal setting, & performance management, Regular Reviews & feedback
- Create Vision within the team to achieve their career aspirations thereby falling in line with the Company Expectations to achieve the best Reduce attrition.
- Should have capabilities to handle any cross domain projects.
- Should be quick learner & adaptable to new technologies as & when required.
Core competencies :
- In-depth understanding of Amdocs/Ericsson IN Platform
- Capability to handle core team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with higher management.
- High level of understanding for Solaris/Linux/Windows Systems
- Team management skills
Education :
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA
- 7-8 Years- experience on IN Platform
