Vodafone Idea - Senior Engineer/AM - Service Management - Long Distance (2-5 yrs)
- 24- 7 LD Service Vodafone NOC, Single point of contact for Long distance Voice service
- 1stnd level troubleshooting for Service Management of PAN India Long Distance Voice calls with emphasis on resolution of customer complaints in stipulated time
- Responsible for 250+ International carrier's Voice traffic services towards India Destinations as well as all over Globe along with commercial activities of existing Carriers (TG opening/Blocking/ Capacity increase/decrease/IP Addition/Deletion) in support of Interoute as per business requirement.
- Responsible for Analyzing the Faults, provide resolution to customers and online QOS testing with various International Carriers/ Operators.
- Liable of service support for enterprise VAS( TFS, UAN, ITFS & Conferencing Bridge), PRI & SIP Trunking customers Long distance Fax/Voice calls
Core competencies :
- 2-5 years of Telecom experience with expertise in NLD/ILD & Enterprises Business.
- Sound Technical knowledge in Voice protocol SIP, ISUP, IDP. MEGACO/H.248
- Having well hands on experience on Switches of Siemens, Huawei, SoftX, Nokia GCS and SBC.
- Good understanding of call flow viz NLD/ILD IGCS call, TFN, Roaming Audio conference call, WCC call etc
- Should be good at analytical & presentation skills
Education: - B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication
