Titan - Executive - HR Technology & HRIS (4-8 yrs)
Role deliverables :
1. Implementation of new technology for key people processes for better decision making and user experience like Time & Attendance module, Part time Employment module etc.
2. Technology deployment/ process improvement on current systems
3. Bringing in control mechanism for systems through audits
4. Integration of existing systems through tech platforms for seamless operations
Candidate requirement :
1. Knowledge of HRIS solutions available in the market
2. Atleast 3 years of experience on an HRIS platform
3. Atleast one end to end implementation experience of an HRIS/ LMS tool
4. Ability to provide tech solution to existing offline programs
