Required Skills :

- Managing Scope of delivery of Product Releases - with a long term product vision for continuously improved modules and customer specific requirements received as Change Requests.

- Product Focus and Customer Satisfaction are the two building blocks.

- Sound knowledge of Software Product Development Cycle & Product Delivery Cycle in Dynamic Environment of continuously Changing Customer Requirements.

- Strong technical fundamentals of a web based product development, having no fear to look into ground level technical & support issues as and when required.

Technologies in use are :

- Core Java (Collections, Multi Threading, Design Patterns, Synchronization

- Struts 2 (Interceptors, Action classes, Struts Tags, Filter Dispatcher)

- Hibernate (Session Factory, Session, Transaction, Criteria, HQL, Mapping, Caching) OR JDBC

- Java Script/JQuery (AJAX, Dynamic UI)

- Web Services (REST and JAX)

- MySQL (Advance Query Optimization, Stored Procedures)

- Effective Process implementation Required Skills

2) Documentation is key success factor of the role to ensure continuous quality improvement of the product, higher productivity and manageability of the resources, better tracking and scheduling of client deliverables. An understanding of CMMI, AGILE and CONTINUOUS DELIVERY (DEVOPS) based processes is desired.

3) Planning and allocating work to the team - Development, Testing, Delivery and Support.

- Build, maintain and manage strong client relationships. Acting as SPOC for the customers for overall delivery and account management.

- Quick Learner of new Domain & Technologies and proficient in iterative development methodologies like Agile

- Should be a self-motivated individual willing to take multi-facet responsibilities requiring technical & leadership capability

- A minimum experience of 8+ Years in Industry, with at least 3 years of end to end product delivery and management experience.

- Roadmap planning, Project and Resource management.

- Planning for long term goals, yet delivering, but not distracting through, short term targets / issues.

- Experience in the size/effort/schedule/cost estimation using various estimation techniques

- Build, own and support scalable, global and extremely high performance systems.

- Participation in products technical design and architecture.

- Technology Management

- Experience in Agile methodology.

- Has experience creating detailed software documentation

- Measure, Review and Benchmark software and systems on best software craftsmanship practices and guidelines. Contribute on improvement and adherence to practices.

- Strong Communication Skills

- 5+ years of experience working as a software developer

- Must be detail-oriented, organized and pro-active.
