Technical Business Analyst - SDLC (2-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Market Research : Competitive product/feature analysis and publish reports.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis for Software development life cycle : Prioritise requirements and documenting conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- Documentation of Product Features/Modules & other user documentation.
- Requirement Eliciting and Management, development of User stories, and coordinating between development, designing and QA teams.
- Product Feature Delivery Verification : Product Feature Delivery Verification with FRS released
- Training and Reports Walkthrough, Presentations, Training for New Product Features/Modules.
- Help support and maintain existing tools and processes
Key skills and competencies required :
- Good Knowledge and Understanding of E-Commerce domain.
- Sound Knowledge of software business processes.
- Preferred knowledge on Web Applications, JIRA and Confluence, MS Office suite products.
- Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and customer facing skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities and client relationship management.
