ServiceNow Administrator - ITIL/ITSM (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring for ServiceNow Administrator - Top Investment Bank Project
Requirement Essentials :
Years of Experience: 3 to 5
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for core system configuration and administration of ServiceNow.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and support an expanding and maturing ServiceNow environment.
- Configure ServiceNow following ITIL best practices.
- Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Application Portfolio Management, Knowledge, Service Portal, CMDB and Asset Management (Service Management Suite end-to-end)
- Adheres to existing platform governance process for support and maintenance.
- Works closely with existing governance teams as a team member (Solution Architect, 360 degree ITSM services, Customer, ITSM Platform Management).
- Day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Build requested items and task using workflows to manage process.
- Resolve ITSM Production support issues in ServiceNow.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Polices, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACL's
- Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes and Formatters
- Create reports and dashboards as needed
- Training, Mentoring and Coaching user community on the Use of ServiceNow
- Monitor Health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
Must have technologies (Hands on experience) :
Mandatory Skills :
- ServiceNow Administration
- ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Service Request, Service Portal etc)
- LDAP, MS Active Directory,ADFS, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Web Design
