Job Title : Senior QA Engineer

Location: Chandigarh

Required Skills:

- Ability to understand the intended scope of the project and requirements based on which one should be able to prepare a test plan and estimate effort.

- Able to handle the project independently

- Ability to grow the QA team in future

- Ability to write and execute test cases to cover functional, non-functional, security and usability testing, Performance/Load

- Experience in Device Testing (iPad, iPhone, iPod, Android etc.)

- Able to prepare test reports for team, peers, management and client

- Have knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle.

- Have Experience on any Bug reporting tool like Bugzilla, Mantis, Jira etc.

- Have experience with product base company or Product based client.

- Have experience in handling the QA process of a product/project independently.

- Have experience in Agile based software development process

- Academic records - Above 60% in academics from 10th onwards.

- Experience with automation testing. Should be able to write automation scripts and execute them using tools (JMeter, BadBoy, selenium and similar tools).

Desirable but not mandatory Skills

- Experience with PCI security/Penetration testing based tools

- Ability to write and execute test cases to cover load, performance

- Able to set up the test environment and trials.

- ISTQB Certification.

- Enterprise Application Domain.

- Experience in Cloud Based application

- Experience working with any CMMI Level company

Soft Skills:

- Communication skills - Should be able to express his views to internal teams, onsite teams and client. Should be fluent in English

- People skills - Should be able work closely with teams across domains and culture

- Quick learner - Should be able to quickly learn new process and technologies related to his domain and implement in the organization
