Position : Senior Product Manager

Location : Bangalore/Bengaluru

Number of openings : 1 (One)

Reporting to : Delivery Head / BU Head

Responsibilities

- Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of products with P / L ownership

- The Product Management team works with a cross functional team to develop and manage products through the entire lifecycle from launch to end of sale.

- You will have overall responsibility for the financial performance of your products. As a senior member of the Product Management team, you'll bring together all functions to design and launch products that meet the market requirements.

- You'll work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Documentation, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance. You must be a self-starter and can break down complex problems into steps that drive the product development cycle forward in a meaningful way.

- Lead and drive the definition of complex software and hardware products

- Set and communicate product & roadmap priorities

- Perform competitive analysis, define product strategies, positioning and marketing messaging

- Define go to market strategies and drive the execution

- Translate technical details into benefits for the business customer and end user

- Follow and analyze market trends

- Develop product marketing strategies such as pricing, advertising and launch channels

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels such as landing pages, ad campaigns, sales collateral and presentations

Qualifications :

- Combined 10-16 years of product management and marketing experience

- Experience managing hardware and software products specifically in the area of unified communications : telephony, video, enterprise phones, conferencing

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional team members

- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal / policy and business issues

- Strong experience is managing the business aspects of a product portfolio including ROI analysis, pricing and revenue reporting

- Ability to gather and analyze large quantities of information, turn the data into insightful business recommendations and a compelling product vision

- Strong customer advocacy including rapid response to the sales team

- Strategy and analytical skills

- Experience in market and competitive analysis

- Excellent communications skills

- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
