Senior FICO Consultant - Project Implementation (7-12 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Senior FICO Consultant responsible for SAP implementation projects.

- Document client financial business requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutions;

- Configure the SAP financial solution and perform initial testing.

- Experienced in migrating asset and financial data from legacy system to SAP.

- Worked with FICO Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing etc.

- Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization;

- Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of financial business requirements;

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted by business users.

- Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution; and;

- Support end users during hypercare immediately after go-live for the new SAP financial solution.

- Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement

Skill Requirements/Qualifications :

- 7+ years of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) project implementation experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience.

- 3+ years of leadership experience on SAP implementation projects

- 3+ years integration experience with other process areas

- Worked with FICO Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing etc.

- Experience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industries 

- Must have significant experience in at least 6 of the following FICO modules : GL, AR, AP, Asset Management, Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, FSCM (Collections and Dispute Management), Credit Management, or Cash Management (Bank Management and Accounting).

- Must have deep integration knowledge specifically with FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP.

- Must be able to effectively work with client business process owners (BPOs).

- Should be able to effectively lead BPO to make key decisions, meet project deadlines, complete action items, etc.

- Candidate must be able to multi-task while on the project. 

- Specifically, while assigned to a full-time project, he/she should be able to work on non-billable engagements such as internal projects, presales cycles, or other short-term billable assignments.

- Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP project implementations and/or roll-outs.
