Senior Agile Coach/Senior Transformation Coach (3-8 yrs)

What you can expect :

- Working closely with our Network banks to drive the overall change towards an Adaptive Organization

- Define the right framework, principles, methods and governance models for the adaptive approaches and ensure its adherence by concretely working with the transformation teams in our Network banks

Drive the setup and implementation of adaptive approaches jointly with the local teams, by :

- Providing training and awareness sessions

- Shaping and guidance during the setup and through the transformation journey

- Engineering and implementation of (scaled) adaptive delivery models jointly with the working teams

- Helping the teams to continuously improve performance and productivity and ensure adequate steps are taken

- Drive and build up Adaptive Communities on Group level ensuring a proper level of exchange

- Coach agile projects in our Network banks and coach local coaches

- Trigger required process changes in the Network banks to ensure adaptively teams can work in the most effective way

- Shape and execute further group-wide organizational development objectives.

What you bring to the table :

- University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study (e.g.

- Computer Science with Business Administration, Business Administration with a focus on Information Management and/or Banking) or proven comparable qualification

- Hands-on experience with concretely implementing and applying agile practices and change management 3 years +

- Very good overview of state-of-the-art project delivery methodologies and approaches (Agile practices including scaling, understanding of traditional innovation deliveries to be able to bridge the gaps and trainer abilities)

- Strongly convinced and passionate about the agile way of working

- Strong strategic and analytical skills and good sense for business

- Excellent in conflict / issue management and solution oriented

- Inclusive leadership skills: capable to inspire, motivate and develop staff lead by example

- Independent and self-reliant

- Love to travel up to 50 % of the time

- Excellent command of English, CEE language is a plus
