SAP HCM/Successfactors Professional - E2E Implementation (4-7 yrs)
i) 4+ years of experience with Human Capital Management products.
ii) Experience in modules like,Employee,Central/Learning Management/Recruitment,Onboarding/Compensation/Performance & Goal,Management/Succession,Planning.,
iii) Map SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such, as US, APAC, etc.,
iv) Configure and provision SuccessFactors modules.
v) Prepare requirements, design and test,documents.,
vi) Test the,solution.
vii) Analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF, Cloud team.,
viii) Design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations
SAP HCM Consultant should have strong competence and knowledge on OM, PA, Payroll and Time & Leave Management, PersonalDevelopment, Performance Appraisal, Implementation on Premise is the basic requirement but preference will be given to consultant with knowledge /experience of Success Factor.
- 4 to 10 Years Exp in SAP HCM as Consultant with at least 2 end to end implementation and 2 or more support projects.
- Incumbent must have good command over spoken and written English, presentation skills
