SAP HCM Consultant - Payroll Lead

Role & responsibilities:

SAP HCM Implementation and rollout project in India or outside India, especially in Middle east (Saudi)

Job Description

- 9+ years of experience in SAP HCM. Strong experience in SAP HCM. 4 End to end Implementation experience is desired

- Good understanding of SAP HCM in the areas of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll (ME - saudi), Travel Management, etc. and standard reporting. Candidate should also have good Skill in client handling and integration of HCM with FI/CO and other modules of SAP. Technical knowledge of SAP ABAP preferable.

- Should have good knowledge of business processes in maintenance and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP.

- Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside). Must have good communication and analytical skills. Must have customer facing experience. Should assist in RFP solutioning and presales activities as required.

SAP Experience:

- Minimum 7 years (In non-support consulting), Should have worked on at least THREE end to end implementations/rollouts.
