Job Description :

Role : Technical SAP MM

Number of positions : 2

Description :

- As a SAP technical specialist he/she should have a good knowledge in MM SAP modules. He/she should understand the Procurement Ordering, Supplier Control and Master Data Supplier Business processes supported by SAP.

- Monitoring the applications / interfaces is key to prevent incidents then he/she should has a correct knowledge in Solution Manager (SOLMAN).

- In the Application Services department, he/she needs to have a strong customer focusing.

- As the concerned domain is providing Application Services to Procurement related to Production, Final Assembly Line and Logistics, he/she should understand the business criticality and priority. 

- The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using agile mind- set and methodology.

Qualification & Experience :

1) Graduate with 3+ years of experience in SAP

2) Skills in SAP development

3) Minimum one experience in Support or customer service

4) Skills in supply chain processes in an industrial context

5) ITIL certified

6) Good problem solving and analytical skills

7) Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

8) AGILE certification and/or SAFe certification is a plus

Responsibilities :

- Provide best in class level of service to internal customers

- Understand business processes and technical architecture of the application portfolio

- Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement

- Identify and propose service improvement

- Provide expert support to the full chain of support

- Communicate on specific technical topic

- Train support team members

- Success Metrics

- Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to

- Solve issues on time and in quality

- Propose and implement service improvement

- Achieve the customer satisfaction

Qualifications : BE, mca, btech

Working Days: 5 Days a week
