SAP ABAP/HR Consultant - HCM/ERP Modules (4-10 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR for one of our clients in Chennai.
Notice Period - Immediate (Mandatory)

Job Description :
- Should have 3 years of Related Experience & must have worked in at least 2 implementation projects
- SAP ABAP HR: LDB reports, BDC reports, Module Pool Programs, LSMW, Workflow, Interfaces, Outbound IDoc, Custom Info type creation, User Exit, BADI, Enhancements, Data Dictionary, PCRs, Schemas, HCM Process and Forms, OData.
- An SAP ABAP HR consultant manages all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs, which includes configuring business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure and info types.
- A SAP ABAP HR consultant guides the team for detailed analysis; design, coding and testing of programming/software within the stipulated time frame and to ensure that the software delivered are adhering to the quality preset.
- An SAP ABAP HR consultant provides and facilitates training, empowerment and operational support to the customers and team members to effectively utilize the ERP 6.0 (Enterprise resource planning) systems in day-to-day operations.
- An SAP ABAP HR consultant undertakes testing the quality and performance of their own development and starts queries using the information system.
- An SAP ABAP HR consultant has ability to map business requirements into SAP by way of providing solution design and configuration in the area of SAP HR.
