SAP ABAP/HANA Consultant - PM/CS/MM Modules (4-7 yrs)
Experience (Must Have) :
- Must have 6+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP Design and Development.
- 1+ full cycle implementations as an ABAP Developer in HR module.
- Cross-modular SAP ABAP programming covering PM, CS, MM, CRM etc.
- SAP HCM WRICEF Experience using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens
- Worked with HR macros when reading data from infotypes
- Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR data
- Experience interfacing external (non-SAP) systems into SAP
- HR knowledge of both PA and OM
- Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, SAP Scripts, WebDynPro, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, ABAP Objects, BDC, Workflow and Data Conversions etc.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
- Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications
- Work effectively with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ALE, EDI, IDocs, BAPI, RFCs, ABAP proxies,
- Must have demonstrable experience of performance tuning of ABAP code.
