Religare Health Insurance - IT Project Manager (5-9 yrs)
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing the stakeholders for the IT projects.
- Gathering requirements from the various business users.
- To understand the feasibility of the requirement.
- Getting the BRD/FRD prepared.
- Coordinating with the IT developers.
- Coordinating with the testing team to get the requirement tested.
- To deliver the requirements.
- To manage the external vendors.
- To manage and process the vendors invoices.
- To coordinate with the finance departments to get the invoices processed.
- To manage the team and the work allocation to them.
B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
- Quality of the entire process.
- TAT following.
- Functionality of the requirements.
C. Qualification / Experience :
- B. Tech/MBA/B.SC IT.
- Knowledge of guidelines to get the process done.
- Insurance Knowledge is preferred.
- 5 - 9 Years of experience in IT project Management.
