Quality Assurance Support Lead (8-12 yrs)

DESIGNATION : QA Lead

EXPERIENCE : 8 - 12 years.

EDUCATION : B.E/Master's Degree

Responsibilities :

- Execute on the Support QA service packs/hot fixes roadmap and deliver Quality deliverable.

- Execute on the QA product roadmap and deliver Quality deliverable.

- Defining test scope, test strategy, test plan with Effort estimation and participate in all levels of testing.

- Guiding and mentoring the QA Engineers in their day to day activities.

- Cross functional and stake holder's interaction.

Skills/Platforms Mandatory :

- Should have an excellent understanding and be proficient in all SDLC processes including Experience in preparation of Test strategy, Test planning, Estimation, Execution and Reporting.

- Should have an excellent understanding on the Support Process & Support QA Process.

- Hands-on with web app testing and mobile app testing .

- Hands-on experience on applying service packs and hot fixes on a windows & Linux platforms.

- Strong team player, interpersonal, writing, speaking, listening, analytical and trouble-shooting skills

Good to have Skills :

- Preferably from a product company and from a support team.

- Retail analytics domain knowledge
