Product Manager - Roadmap & Analytics (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining and owning the product roadmap of the ever-evolving product for our target audience for both web/mobile-web platforms

- Lead the ideation, research, design (including writing PRDs), development, testing and shipping of the new user-centric products

- Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Servicing, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team

- Define success metrics and analyze product performance.

- Provide analytics-based insights through Google Analytics, Mix Panel, and Hotjar for user behavior and performance measurement

- Build a platform for digitalizing the company's offline partners to access a technology-powered environment

- Managing technical integrations to streamline customer relationship management (CRM) across various distribution channels for the business development team

- Collaborate with the growth team to drive traffic to the product

- Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Framework (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue)

- A/B testing of campaign landing pages for lead funnel optimization

- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends

- Streamline the data & content team for increasing the visibility & discovery of global colleges, videos, blogs, answers & more through our newly created search

Role Requirement :

- B.E./B.Tech. with 2-4 years working closely with tech or product teams in the start-up ecosystem (preferably from the Ed-Tech space)

- Super passionate about building user-centric technology products

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen

- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills: understands data and can draw conclusions from it

- A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams

- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience

- Experience using A/B testing to make business-critical launch decisions

- Experience in creating project plans and delivering projects

- Immaculate oral and written communication skills
