Skills :

- Works directly with clients and implementation team to document business requirements and translate them into specific Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud functionality. Collaborates with team members to develop effective Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions

- Participate and lead client workshops to define implementation strategy

- Perform full Oracle Recruiting and HCM Cloud implementations concurrently with other team members.

- Functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting and HCM Cloud to provide system support to users during design, Training, UAT, validation, migration and go-live phases of the project

- Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices relate to Recruitment (Job Requisition, Job Formatting and Posting, Internal Applicants, External Applicants, Applicant Screening, Candidate Interactions and Interview, Candidate Job Offer, Hiring and On Boarding)

- Communication skills to convey issues/explanations to technical and non-technical audience

- Migration of HCM system entities on Oracle HCM Cloud solution

- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients

- Problem solving skills to assess and troubleshoot issues that arise during applications configurations, workflows and scripts

- Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews

- Work with the implementation team to design changes to the new ERP system and where applicable integrate new system to other existing client system

- Effectively configures and customizes client Oracle HCM Cloud environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders

- Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions

- Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and proper risk management

- Train end users on how to effectively use Recruiting and HCM systems features and applications.

- Prepare and host user validation and training sessions

- Hands on module implementation experience and proficient with training internal users

- Provides assistance to clients during UAT Phase

- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

- Ability to exercise patience during training sessions with new end users

- Develop customized saved searches for shared business user usage and to support integration needs

- Develop informational reports

- Build and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards

- Be able to create workflows and report management

- Develop business specific solutions using workflow, customization, and reporting tools

- Ability to understand end user's information requests to deliver necessary system generated ad hoc reports via Oracle HCM Cloud saved searches

- Supports in preparation of documents/diagrams functional and technical process flows to ensure optimization

- Ensures information security protocols and practices are in place to protect unauthorized access and use of corporate data.
