Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Manages multiple projects concurrently, provides work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports on a regular basis

- Tracks resources and ensures they are fully allocated across different projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Clearly communicating roles, expectations, and work direction to all team members on a regular basis

- Proactively managing risks and issues, including development of mitigation plans and escalation when necessary

- Involve with the team in design and development when required

- Work collaboratively with program/product managers, researchers, developers, build/deployment and quality engineers spread across different locations

- Responsible for extending and maintaining existing codebase with focus on quality, re-usability, maintainability and consistency

- Own overall delivery of the project

Candidate Profile :

- Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field

- 8+ year's professional experience in enterprise software design and development in an N-tier architecture environment with at least 5 years in managing large projects with team size of 15 or more

- 3+ years' experience demonstrating usage of methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, etc.) and best practices through the PM lifecycle

- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact seamlessly at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders

- Experience in complex problem handling situations - resource/time constraints, quality challenges, release issues etc.

- Experience handling multiple and short duration projects at the same time

- Must have experience building .NET applications using .NET/C# 4.0 and higher, ADO.NET, WCF

- Experience/Knowledge of Amazon Web Services/Amazon Cloud is a plus

- Strong knowledge of PL-SQL or T-SQL, stored procedures, transactions, SQL Server or Oracle, and experience with relational database concepts

- Must have experience with SOA and Web Service standards (REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, WS-I Basic Profile), and IIS

- Must have extensive experience with object oriented design principles. Ability to articulate the pros and cons of design/implementation options

- Good understanding of all knowledge areas in software development, including requirements, design, construction, testing, maintenance, quality, tools and agile methodologies

- Experience with Rally/TFS/HP QC a definitive plus

- Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines in a changing environment

- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet integrate appropriately with the team and other areas within Moody- s

- Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients
