JOB DESCRIPTION - Skype for Business

- Minimum 6-10 years- experience in IT support role

- Should be willing to work in 24- 7 environment

- Work location - Chennai

Key Skills :

- Exchange and Active Directory

- In-depth knowledge and working experience on Microsoft Exchange Servers 2013, 2016

- Installation and Configuration of Exchange servers

- Expertise in handling all Exchange Online related tasks

- Good understanding of various access methods including POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere, and SMTP Mailflow)

- End user support demonstrated proficiency in MS Exchange 2013, Outlook and Mailbox management and support

- Provide guidance and support with Exchange design planning to include recommendations on Office 365 topology, email technologies, and mailbox management strategies

- Exchange resource object management (distribution list, calendar, group mailboxes, etc)

- Support Office 365 connectivity

- Perform spillage cleanup within Office 365 and Exchange

- Assist in any new Exchange/Domain/Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016 Server systems development as required

- Installation of Active Directory

- Administering, Creating & maintaining user accounts in Active Directory

- Active Directory-Domain service, Member server, Clients, Users configuration

- Installing & configuring different services like DNS, DHCP and IIS etc.

- Should have experience in Domain Controller migration activities

- Experience in administering Exchange 2016 server core machines

- Good PowerShell Knowledge commands for both Exchange and Active Directory

Good to have :

- Knowledge on the Skype For Business server 2015

- Experience in troubleshooting call/voice quality issues both in SFB and SFBO

- Knowledge on Response Groups, Auto Attendants, Call Queues

- Hands on experience with Snooper tool, Netmon, WireShark, Microsoft Message Analyzer

- Administering the SFB Control panel, pulling the reports using monitoring tools

- Hands on experience with SQL database for cleaning up the duplicate entries of SIP, Line URI

- Good Knowledge on Voice policy, Voice Routing policy, Dial Plan, Enterprise Voice plan
