Roles & Responsibilities:

- Document & shape customer journeys and relevant personas within the Healthcare Marketing & Sales domain

- Explore new business relevant IT capabilities (patient & HCP engagement, multi-channel marketing, sales automation, advanced analytics)

- Implement proof of concepts (typically by first creating user journeys, wireframes and user stories) with the help of a small team

- Use proof of concepts to get early business and external customer feedback

- Line management responsibility for customer experience engineers

People responsibility :

- Line management responsibility customer experience engineers (e.g. front-end engineers, backend engineers)

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

- Total of more than 10 - 12 years of Experience.

- Strong experience working in a global Pharma IT Marketing & Sales environment with in-depth experience with relevant technologies (e.g. Veeva, Adobe, SFDC, Patient Engagement solutions, Multi-channel marketing, advanced analytics)

- Hands-on in Office365 with focus on Sharepoint and TEAMS

- Experienced expert in user journey, wireframe and user stories creation

- Experienced leading requirements engineering sessions (e.g. using Design Thinking, Design Sprint or similar methods)

- Strong communicator - the ability to translate business challenges to IT concepts

- Willingness to learn & adapt to new technologies

- Strong leadership skills managing & coaching an agile team
