Designation : Manager/ Senior Manager - Digital Transformation & Sales applications

Dept : Information Technology

Work Location : Gcorp Thane, GB Road

Salary : can pay upto 12L

Age : Max 28-29 yrs

Candidate Requirement :


- Candidate should have experience in working on Digital mobility projects for a minimum of 4 years.


- Candidate should have experience of Project deliveries and IBM Worklight platform.


- For this role, we need more technically oriented mobility apps candidates and also some amount of team managing experience.


- Knowledge of Java, Java J2EE, IBM Work light platform & Liberty server configurations and digital mobility projects is required.

Management Skill set Required :

- Should have good project management skill, especially on planning, tracking, identifying risk and creating mitigation plan, upward and downward communication, Quality, change management.

- Person should have lead a team or experience in executing end to end digital project from vendors.

- Should have good written and spoken communication.

- Should have managed multiple stakeholders like Marketing, Operation, Infosec etc.

- Good understanding of SDLC.

Technical Skillset :

- Sound Knowledge on Java, DB (any), web service.

- Should have worked on CMS (Liferay, Adobe, etc.), Lead management system, CRM, web services/ API.

- Knowledge of Java, Java J2EE, IBM Work light platform & Liberty server configurations and digital mobility projects is required.

- This position is primarily responsible for managing Application Development and Support, Delivery of projects on an ongoing basis with the help of selected vendors.


- The position also assists in building technical solutions, review of technical design and integration of vendor application with ABSLI Digital Sales applications to ensure scalability of solution delivered.


- This position is also responsible for Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives at both Program and Project Level.


- Additionally this position is responsible for managing invoicing and other commercial aspects

Principal Accountabilities :

- Accountability

- Supporting Actions

Supervise execution of all projects within timelines to support business needs :

1. Regularly track project against milestones and escalate any slip ups likely to impact project.

2. Regularly Organise and conduct project team meetings to discuss plan, progress, issues etc.

3. Categorise projects and decide on the project priority in consultation with business users

4. Render Dashboards and Reports formats for effective monitoring of Program

5. Monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports

Digital transformation & desired Technical skills :

1. Manage project deliveries in compliance to Security guidelines

2. Design application solutions from an effective system vulnerability standpoint

3. Knowledge of Java, Java J2EE, IBM Work light platform & Liberty server configurations

4. Design, maintain and manage mobility solutions on Work light

Technical Review of Vendor Deliveries and Integration with BSLI systems :

1. Conduct Technical Review of Vendor Deliveries

2. Analyse if underlying features of technology are implemented in the vendor delivery

3. Work with vendor technical team for integration of system with other BSLI systems

4. Manage commercials and invoicing of vendors

5. Addresses invoicing issues whenever they arise.

6. Manages Commercials with COTS Vendors

Vendor Management :

1. Regularly monitor various SLAs with vendors

2. Recommend suitable Penalty for SLA breaches by vendors

3. Monitor the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work

4. Manage issuance of Statement of Work and Purchase Orders to vendors

Effectively manage the resolution of production issues :

1. Monitor and review the production issues logged with vendors

2. Initiate action on issues based on ageing report

3. Ensure proper SLAs are maintained

4. Ensure RCA for tickets with severity 1 & 2
