- Conceive and develop Customer Servicing Digital avenues such as Portals, BOTs, developments on Mobile App, website developments and drive adoption and usage

- Managing all digital serving touch-points & defining key metrics to be driven across these mediums & Introducing new ones as per market / internal requirements

- End to end implementation of projects for Customer service touch points

- Knowledge of Project life cycle steps like vendor evaluation, POC, Business Case, Scope documents, BRD, Agreements, UAT testing and post production issue handling

- Should be able to identify all areas of automation and collaborate with vendors / stakeholders for effective implementation

- Understanding of core systems and transactions and impact assessment of new avenues planned or deployed

- Manage and run targets on adoption targets & ontology updates

- Run Campaigns for Effective Adoption

- Developing VOC collection avenues across all Digital servicing modules

- Regular Governance & Control reports
