Manager - Business System Analysis (9-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- The candidate will be managing a team of TL's and BA's, providing direction, and managing project timelines.

- He/she should be able to operate effectively, with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.

- Should be making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems on new client onboarding or custom development projects

- He/she should be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with Clients, Solution Architects, and Development teams to meet shared objectives of a new client onboarding

- Should be able to plan and prioritize BSA work of self and team to meet commitments aligned with client delivery dates

- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

- Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders

- Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals

- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

- Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems on the job, using both successes and failures as learning fodder

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent

- Must have a total experience of 10+years of which a minimum of 4+ years working as a people manager and leading a team of business analysts.

- Must have played the role of a business analyst

- Must have experience of working directly with the customer and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.

- Able to assemble, analyze and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and project teams

- Must be able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., project requirements, requested changes, and testing results)

- Able to create and update specs/documents, and assess the completeness of requirements information received

- Able to develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners, and understand the unique needs of each partnership

- Able to document information effectively through databases, knowledge warehouses, and other shared space

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
