The Lowe's Supply Chain team is looking for a highly-motivated Software Engineer to lead DevOps and Continuous Delivery transformation which will streamline the path to production and make it easy for engineers to ship code. This individual will be responsible for creating highly automated build solutions which will provide a reliable ecosystem to our engineering product teams supporting Lowe's Supply Chain apps. In addition to designing and developing these solutions, this individual will work directly with solution managers and architects to ensure the timely delivery of solutions while staying on course of target state.

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:


- Build and extend our software delivery pipeline supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery for multiple teams

- Design, implementation and management of build, deployment, configuration and automated test toolset

- Collaborate with Operations teams to leverage configuration management allowing for automation of environment provisioning

- Work with developers, architects, and engineers to provide automated solutions driving improved efficiency throughout the SDLC

- Collaborate with release management on a strategy supporting an always-on 24/7 environment with a focus on performance and scalability

- Responsible for documenting and socializing DevOps processes and tools across the organization

Required Minimum Qualifications:

- B.E / BTech

- MTech

- BCA

- MCA

V. Skill Set Required :

Primary Skills (must have):

- 4+ years of experience in software development or systems engineering or analysis

- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible and working knowledge with Unix/Linux shell scripting, Autosys or other scheduling tools

- 3+ years of experience working on build, deploy, release processes and with application integration middleware

Secondary Skills (desired):

- Experience in developing and implementing systems within an organization

- Experienced in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high

- Good to have leading experience with or without direct reporting

- Candidate should have experience managing multiple Development lanes

- Candidate should also have good communication skills verbally and in writing
