Lead Wordpress Developer - PHP/MySQL (5-7 yrs)

Our client is an IT Company and they would like to fill-up following position asap.
Position : Lead WordPress Developer
Location : Noida
Education : BE/ B.Tech/ Equivalent
Experience : 5 - 7 years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in WordPress custom development.
- Should be developing new plugins from scratch.
- Strong background with HTML, CSS, PHP. MySQL, JavaScript. Experience with Linux.
- Software Design Patterns (MVC). Strong object-oriented PHP programming.
- Frontend UI to backend communication using Ajax and various JavaScript frameworks.
2. Extensive knowledge about APIs.
- Can design Restful services and integrate with other data providers should know when to use JSON or XML.
- Experience of working with Git/BitBucket. Excellent programming/coding skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
