With the guidance of ex-IITians, ex-Microsoft, you will be a part of the sales team where your primary function is to identify the potential leads on freelancing websites or social media sites and understand the customer's business process, software development requirement in details and design a technical project proposal and reach out to them. In the end, we would like you to drive the outbound sales part by yourself and boost our sales effort.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Scan freelancing websites - Guru, Freelancer and Upwork or social media sites for potential project lead and send proposals to the clients.
- Understand customer's technical requirement and design a technical proposal for bidding on the sites.
- Navigating through a customer conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position JTC as a compelling solution.
- Maintaining and updating an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
- Conveying summarized key findings to the rest of the team
Performing other duties as assigned what we are looking for :
- Ability to understand and gather customer's requirements and design targeted proposals for clients - prior experience would be preferred.
- Should have basic knowledge of software development and associated processes.
- Design and write innovative proposals to reach out to the clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A better understanding of business and market awareness
