Job location - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Noida

Mandatory Skills : Requirement HRMS Technical Consultant(Consultant / Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i HRMS

- Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Technical Consultant.

- Design, develop, test, implement and support custom interfaces/extensions as required.

Document Technical Specification/Requirements :

- Should be familiar with HCM modules technical architecture and Open API's

- Should be very good in SQL/PL-SQL, XML Publisher reports, Workflows. OAFW

- Should have contributed in end to end implementation in at least few of the below modules :

1. CORE HR

2. Oracle Payroll

3. Oracle Self Service

4. Oracle iRecruitment

5. Oracle Learning Management

6. Oracle Time and Labor

7. Oracle Compensation and Benefits

8. Oracle Performance Management

- Should be able to write Fast formulas

- Should have good communication and presentation skills

- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

Good to have :

- Should have Functional knowledge of some of the HRMS modules

- Knowledge of other E-Business stream modules and their integration points.

- FORM and OA Personalizations

- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
