We are looking for a Senior Manager Oracle Retail - Senior Software Development Engineer to help grow our teamat Hyderabad Development Center. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing solutions on Oracle Retail technology stack to support the goals and objectives of the business. You will be required to lead a high performing retailteam and also be their technical guide & leader

You will take a hands-on approach with responsibilities across software development, SLA delivery, defining and setting aggressive goals forOracle retail space. You will be required to engage with our business partners& stakeholders in Hyderabad Development Center (HDC)& USto drive retail initiatives & foster good working relationships.

Overview :

- Work closely with the Oracle Retail Development Team in Hyderabad Development Center and will be responsible for developing solutions on Oracle Retail technology stack to support the goals and objectives of the business

- Partner with peers, business stakeholders, software & services provider, and colleagues from within and outside development teams, infrastructure teams to deliver software development projects

- Be a true leader; must build, inspire and lead the technical teams

- Should have the capability to drive stated goals and objectives independently in a different time zone as the leaders of the Retail team will be based out of US

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leaderships and guidance to the Oracle Retail development team

- Mentor and direct the team on the aspect of technical support

- Design and develop integration interfaces using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX scripts

- Design and develop Operation reports using Oracle BI Publisher

- Design and develop UI applications using Oracle ADF

- Design and Develop integration API's to integrate Oracle Retail Application with custom applications

- Design and Develop integration interfaces with REST and SOAP services with XML and JSON payload

- Design and develop Asynchronous near-real time interfaces using Oracle AQ with PLSQL Notification, Oracle AQ with Message-Driven Beans in Weblogic

- Design and develop interfaces with Oracle Messaging Gateway to transfer message from IBM MQ and Oracle AQ and vice versa

- Design highly scalable and high performing technology solutions& engage in performance tuning the Oracle Applications

- Participate in requirement gathering, architecture and technical design discussions

- Work closely with production support team and assist in resolving critical production issues

- Work collaboratively with other team members to foster an environment of respect, open communication and cross functional expertise

Capabilities & Requirements :

- Minimum 8-9 years of Development/Implementation experience in Oracle Retail Technology stack; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field & 12+ years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Scripting

- Should have an ability to lead & guide the development teams

- Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle BI Publisher or ADF

- Demonstrated proficiency with REST and SOAP services

- Demonstrated knowledge with Oracle AQ and Oracle Messaging Gateway

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new programming languages and tools

- Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with team members

- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical ability & self-motivation

- Strong verbal & written communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment
