Functional Consultant - Salesforce (2-9 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility :
i. Lead customer experience assessment, Channel analysis, KPI definition, solution and vendor evaluation in the CRM space.
ii. Conduct CRM capability assessment, prepare target CRM operation model, functional blue print, use cases, create and articulate business case for CRM solutions and explain the value proposition to the client.
iii. Business requirements analysis, process & solution design for implementation of CRM solutions, Strategize the change process and assist client in implementating an effective CRM solution.
iv. Provide probale solution options for customer engagement, sales & Customer service processes and functional architecture act as an SME for full scale CRM implementation.
i. CRM functional consultant with 2+ years of experience in Sales/Service/ Marketing cloud implementation (4+years of total CRM implementation experience) with deep functional, industry and client facing experience.
ii. In-depth understanding of omnichannel CRM functional capabilities includes customer engagement,sales, services, community,CPQ, Field Service, Analytics and integration with digital channels
iii. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application is MUST.
iv. Good to have understanding or working knowledge on other CRM, SAP,Oracle, microsoft dynamics, Pega,
