We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer professionals to be a part of our Technical Support team in Pune, India.

Position : Technical Support - Engineer

Number of positions : 4

Expereince : 0 to 3 Years

Location : Pune, India

Responsibilities :-

1. Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and resolve functional issues reported by customers.

2. Work closely with Product Development, Professional Services, QA and Product Management in-house departments to resolve assigned customer issues within the agreed SLA.

3. Provide Support to eGain Product on J2EE platform.

4. Willingness to work in Application support and production support environment

5. Should have ability of debugging.

6. Should have ability to interact effectively with global customers and team.

Must have qualifications/skills :

1. BE/B. Tech/BSC/BCA/MCA/M.Tech.

2. Knowledge of Java, Javascript, JSP, Eclipse, Net Bean, Database is preferable

3. Experience in various software and/or troubleshooting techniques and tools

4. Strong customer orientation

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We support team working 24- 7 with various customers, from APAC & EMEA (Europe and Middle East) and thus we want the candidate to posses very good communication skills and a can do attitude.
