Digital Analyst - Analytics/Product Management (2-4 yrs)

Analyst - Digital Required for a renowned Global leader in fast food in India for their technology team

Required Technical Skills :

- Building models around customer segmentation, Loyalty program, cohort analysis, pattern identification, traffic funnel analysis, Product analytics, Marketing analytics

- Hands-on experience in predictive modelling, regression analysis, market mix modelling, attribution modelling using R, SPSS, Big data queries etc.

- Understanding of Data-warehousing and ETL . Comfortable in writing complex SQL queries

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in interrogating databases and systems using SQL and/or other programming tools to obtain answers

- Comfortable in using Google Analytics, Firebase, event tracking

- Analyse reports created by BI team to share insights that help in taking business decisions

- Understanding of user journeys on ecommerce assets like Desktop web, PWA, Mobile App

Required Behaviour Skills :

- Should be result & detailed oriented and must have ability to multi task and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast-paced environment

- Must be self-driven, who can proactively provide regular updates, volunteer to improve the general data reporting

- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with fellow analysts and management

- Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools/technology quickly

Qualification & Experience :

- Qualification - Any graduate from tier-1 college with strong academic background, MBA from tier-1 preferred

- Experience - Min 3-6 years- experience in Analytics/Product Management
