Desktop Support Engineer - Service Desk (1-5 yrs)
- Troubleshooting all desktop, laptops, and printer related issues
- Basic Networking knowledge.
- Good Knowledge on Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010 and, Basic knowledge on Server / Network, etc. preferred experience providing technical support to users.
- Must have thorough knowledge on Windows OS, PC Hardware and Software also Windows Networking.
- Preferred experience in Windows server,
- Must able to work independently with little supervision.
