Mandatory skills - Communication and Knowledge Management - software roll out / Implementations, compliance management, Master Data Management, Helpdesk and support coordination

L2 Support :

- Handling User Support Escalated calls from Users and Other Departments

- Coordination with various CP for application related Queries / Concerns

- Preparing the pending list of Queries and current Status on the Project

- Preparing the weekly and Monthly Status sheet

- Should provide the trainings to New CP's, In house members and finding the training needs, able to conduct refresher trainings

- Preparing the training materials- Guy will prepare training material of application and classroom training to be given to users

- Preparing training calendar. 

- He will take customer concurrence and plan training dates of classroom trainings of users

- Ability to take up Remote trainings- Ability to impart training on functionalities and application by taking remote sessions with users who couldnt attend classroom trainings

- Working knowledge of DMS, SFA, CRM (Should have very strong understanding on Sales, FMCG processes )

- Support System Monitoring and SLA Management

- Good Training Skills

- Ability to deliver classroom training to the batch size of 20 to 25 persons in local languages as per state

- Basic Testing Knowledge- ability to test the application on tablets

- Experience / Ability to deal with multiple departments

- Good organizational and time management
