Job Title: Regional Business Data Owner (RBDO)

Department: IRIS Regional Business

Place of Performance: Kuala Lumpur

Availability: 100%

Role Level: L2 ERP Business Analyst

Job Purpose responsible for successful data migration preparation and activities including data production load

- Join and/or complete DM related workshops/trainings

- Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time Except for certain fields (e.g. MRP profiles)

- Perform value mapping with support from technical teams

- Create and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects

- Support business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects

- Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects

- Verify/validate that the data (DVT practice) is fit for purpose (including alignment with internal/external stakeholders) and approve upload files before and after load for all assigned data objects

- Execute pre-load dual maintenance

- Support BDOs for pre-load dual maintenance, perform post load dual maintenance and (if applicable) provide DMWs for delta load on time

- Approve and sign off DVRs for all assigned objects

- Act as SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management process during Hypercare

Mandatory Skills - must have -

- Able to coordinate the activities with the countries and service providers

- SAP knowledge include data migration experience

- Familiar with business operation and process in the area of finance or supply chain or customer services

Major Accountabilities :

- Related DVT / OQT completed

- Data cleansing and data readiness rules are defined latest by - end of design phase- milestone for timely execution during build and test phases

- Migration issues are identified, analysed, properly assigned for fixing

Decision Making :

Functional/technical know-how : 


- Knowledge of GxP and Computerized System Validation (CSV)

- Knowledge of SAP R/3 module related to migration objects in scope

- Experience in data migration and data cleansing

- Experience in global SAP template rollouts

Background :

Education :  Minimum - Bachelor degree and/or relevant business experience

Languages : Fluency in English essential

- Other languages a plus

Experience/Professional :

Requirement :

- A minimum of 3 years data migration experience

- A minimum of 5 years experience in SAP in the pharmaceutical industry

- Expert knowledge in several SAP modules and related business processes (e.g. finance/controlling, logistics, production/quality management, sales/distribution)

- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
