EY - Technical Manager - MVC/Dot Net (10-13 yrs)

Job purpose:

Technical Manager in the IT Advisory Services team to Manage, Design and deliver on various Microsoft Technology based projects for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities:

-Strong experience in .NET 3.0/4.0 .NET Framework

-Experience in HTML5, CSS3.0 would be a huge plus.

-Had prior experience in handling multiple projects.

-Responsible and interfacing with Client, Development, Architecture, QA teams to collect and execute the requirements.

-Should have Past experience and knowledge in Technical Architecture/Solutions of the applications

-Excellent communication skills and should be able to interact with clients

-Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basis

-Should have the ability to handle multiple client accounts

-Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project management

-Should be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations

-Should be involved in responding to RFPs, and estimations activities etc.

-Experienced project manager with various PM methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and TDD is preferred.

-Certifications in (PMP, Scrum Alliance) would be a plus

-Good understanding of the CMM L5 processes and practices

-Experience in Implementing CMM L5 processes across IT projects

Your people responsibilities :

-Foster teamwork and lead by example

-Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Qualifications:

-BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 10 to 15 Yrs.\

You will need to have:

Mandatory skills:

-Microsoft .NET technology, ASP .NET, C#

-Microsoft .Net f/w 4.0, LINQ, WCF, Workflow Foundation

-Experience in ASP.Net MVC.

-Windows or Web based development, Web Services, Application Blocks

-Should have exposure to requirements gathering and preparing BRS/SRS

-Should be well versed with design and should have exposures to design patterns

-Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project management

-Should be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations

-Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices

-Excellent business communication skills

Preferred skills:

-Experience in Insurance or Finance or banking domain.

-Prior Client facing experience
