EY - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - HRIS/EBS Modules (6-10 yrs)
- Overall experience of 6-8 years in implementation of Fusion HCM, including integrating other HRIS applications
- Experience in at least two or more of the following areas Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Security & Access Management
- Experience in the following Oracle Fusion HCM areas - Data Migration & Integration using File Based Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Report
- Implemented a Fusion HCM Co-existence with PeopleSoft, EBS
- At least 2 years of Taleo experience in any Recruiting and Onboarding module of Taleo.
- Should have expert knowledge in Taleo modules : Recruiting, TCC, On boarding, Transitions, Performance, Learn
- Experience of hands on designing of Fusion HCM technical solutions for complex requirements, and solving implementation challenges
- Ability to analyse business requirements, write business specific AS-IS / TO-BE processes documentation, write functional specs, perform fit-gap analysis, configure in relevant modules, perform functional testing
Competencies / Skills :
- Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
